Dry Valley Weirdos Tee

Sussex has always belonged to the weirdos, it’s just in the soil.

Take Devil’s Dyke, for example. Local legend says the Devil wasn't ready to give up his last English stronghold without a fight. His plan? Dig a massive trench straight through the South Downs to let the sea flood in and drown the converts. He only stopped because a local saint pulled a cheap trick, lighting a candle at midnight to fake a sunrise, tricking the Devil into thinking he’d lost a bet and sending him running back to hell defeated.

Long before Brighton became a battleground for Mods and Rockers, or a haven for punk, underground venues, and DIY counterculture, strange folklore like this was laying the groundwork. Dry Valley Weirdos is a nod to those dark, rebellious roots that paved the way for the alternative scene we live in today.
